You know where you want to go. I find the gaps in operations, PR, accountability, and strategy that are keeping you from getting there, and I fill them so you can keep moving.
Start the ConversationHi, I'm Jenny Kirby, owner of Factorial Consulting LLC. For over a decade, I've been the person who walks into an organization, finds what's broken or missing, and fixes it, across relocation, real estate, and business development.
Before this, I spent years teaching high school math. That means I naturally break big, messy problems into clear steps, and I don't walk away until something actually clicks.
A lot of that work comes down to relationships. I've built and kept them with agents at the brokerages I've worked with, virtual assistants, referral sources, and vendors, the internal and external partnerships that actually keep a business running.
I'm data-driven by nature and people-first by instinct, and I bring the same energy to my clients' businesses that I'd bring to my own. I'm especially drawn to founders building something that matters: businesses advocating for women, families, and the kind of growth that doesn't come at the cost of how you treat people along the way.
Outside of work, I'm a mom of two little ones who keep me grounded and remind me why doing meaningful work, without losing myself in it, actually matters.
"Founders don't just need more ideas. They need someone who will track what's actually happening, follow up when something stalls, and tell them the truth even when it's not what they want to hear."
In math, a factorial is written with an exclamation point, and it means multiplying a number by every whole number below it. That's the whole idea behind this company. I take the work, the relationships, and the momentum that got you to this point, and I multiply it, so what comes next is exponentially bigger than what came before.
The exclamation point is the excitement I bring to the table.
Four areas where founders most often hit a wall, and where I spend most of my time.
Training systems, operational frameworks, and referral or growth programs built from scratch and designed to hold up as you scale.
National media strategy built from the ground up, including press placements, podcast bookings, and coverage that puts your company in front of the right audience.
Someone tracking what's actually happening, following up when things stall, and telling you the truth, even when it's not what you want to hear.
A clear, data-driven plan that breaks big, messy problems into steps you can actually execute, and momentum you can measure.
Working together is straightforward from the start. Here's what it actually looks like.
We start with a clear-eyed look at what's actually holding you back, not just what you think the problem is.
A specific, sequenced plan for closing the gap. Not a binder that sits on a shelf.
I stay in it with you, tracking what's happening and adjusting as we go until it actually clicks.
Every founder's gap looks different, so the engagement does too.
Ongoing operational support without the need for a full-time executive.
Best for: founders who need consistent, senior-level support without adding headcount.
Focused ownership of initiatives that need structure and follow-through.
Best for: a specific initiative, like a new program or launch, that needs someone to own it start to finish.
Real estate and relocation expertise for companies building programs and partnerships.
Best for: companies in real estate or relocation building something new who need an insider's perspective.
Media coverage I built the strategy for and secured: features in Axios (syndicated across multiple major cities), Morning Brew, and Business Insider, plus a podcast placement for an early-stage real estate startup.
A regional real estate brokerage's relocation and leads department had no consistent process behind it, no formal training, no accountability structure, and no real system for following up or tracking new sources.
I restructured the entire relocation and leads department: ran a full source audit, brought in new lead sources, and built out regular agent training, an accountability structure, a processing system, and a follow-up system to keep it all running.
A 131% increase in closings and 93% growth in referral volume, in six months, with a system built to keep running on its own.
I've worked with Jenny and she has been my rock while going through some very difficult transactions.— Gail R.
Jenny is an amazing leader with the rare combo left/right brain, so she can both work well within the guidelines of an organization, while still being able to think of creative solutions to solve problems. Highly recommended!— M.Z.

You probably already know something's off.
You just haven't had someone to say it out loud with yet.
If you know where you want to go but need help closing the gap, let's talk about what's actually getting in your way.
